Aluminum water bottles are all the rage

Surely you’ve seen at least a dozen kids across the Desert Vista campus carrying a stainless water bottle. Many companies custom make them, but even at the local stores they come in many sizes and colors. Not only can you express your individuality with these, but they also save money in the long run. In Arizona, it is a necessity to drink lots of water—and refilling these is much more logical than going through three plastics Dasani bottles in a day and throwing them out; even if they are recycled. Aluminum bottles best quality is that they do not leach questionable chemicals into the water, whereas plastic ones do. Despite their convenience, plastic water bottles have been found to leach Bisphenol-A (BPA) into the water that they carry. Large amounts of BPA can be hazardous to the human body.
