One Oh You Know!

Graduation is coming up and every senior cannot wait to move on with their lives and leave high school behind. Nostalgia fills the halls as everyone begins to realize that they are about to part with the group of people they have known for so long. For most people, these are happy memories.
“The pure overwhelming joyous combination of women and men in the 2010 class is such a gregarious group of young scholars that I’ve had the honor of spending four years with,” said Nick Anderson and Ryne Rezac, adding “except Cody Sokol.“
One thing underclassmen and teachers usually remember is the senior prank. The seniors ran into trouble trying to carry out their shenanigans. The plan was to do something disruptive everyday of the week. On Monday, many seniors ran through the halls during second hour with whistles and noise-makers. Because this was not approved by security, like most senior pranks, security guards and administration began trying to inhibit the seniors plans for the whole week.
Tuesday and Wednesday went by without action. But on Thursday, texts were forwarded about blocking the halls with human pyramids.
“We did it for pure entertainment,” said Bre Allaart. “We were just doing something fun as a senior group.”
Even if one of these ‘seniors’ happens to be a junior that is counting down her last days along side with us. Natalie Nicosia is a junior who finished up all of her credits early and doesn’t have to stay another year here at Desert Vista.
“I’m so happy to see what the future has in store for me. Also, I’m really ready for the real world and to be done with all the faults that come with high school.”
