Senior, Briana Van Gosen, plans to addend Barret Honors College at ASU in the fall and major in sustainability. While learning to make society more eco-friendly, she will be living in sustainable housing at Barrett, better known as SHAB. Briana has kicked off her eco-friendly career already, by taking shorter showers, unplugging her computer at night, carpooling, and replacing simple light bulbs with fluorescent ones.

Density Ly, founder and president of the Environmental Club, has a passion for preserving the environment. She has been running it since her freshman year at Desert Vista. Her motivation to start the club was that there was not already one on campus. Ly makes numerous personal contributions to the environment by recycling and conserving water.
